Bayside Housing & Services seeks a Deputy Executive Director, who will serve as a pivotal leader and collaborate closely with the Executive Director and Department Supervisors. The position is full-time and carries an annual salary of $75,000-$80,000.

The Deputy Executive Director will provide day-to-day programmatic guidance, balancing the need to offer housing and services to a diverse range of low-to-moderate-income individuals while preserving Bayside Housing's financial sustainability. Staying updated with regional housing demands and local events, they will adapt programs to maintain the organization's mission and financial health. Additionally, they will uphold Bayside Housing's positive public image, represent the organization at key events, collaborate with stakeholders, and be poised to assume the CEO's duties in the Executive Director's absence, demonstrating leadership and adaptability.
