Saturday April 25 ~ Open Day from 10am - 3pm

The local nonprofit Far Reaches Botanical Conservancy invites all to visit the gardens for a rare "open day" coming up on Saturday April 25th. Visitors are welcome to look around from 10am to 3pm, with a curated selection of plants available for purchase. Far Reaches is located in Port Townsend, at 1818 Hastings Ave. The Conservancy acquires and conserves botanically significant wild and curated ornamental plants, with special emphasis on those that are threatened or vulnerable to loss and are new to North America. These plants are maintained as a living reference collection for education, public enjoyment and scientific purposes.
